What is CrossFit?

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

CROSSFIT H2O CLASSES
CrossFit Classes – Daily WOD and strength / skill work
Open Gym – Currently open to all athletes. This is time to get in extra technique work, row, work the heavy bag, etc.
Yoga is offered every Sunday at 11:00 and Monday at 7:30pm. These hour long classes are open to ALL CrossFit H2O members and it does not count as a class towards your monthly membership. It is important that all our members maintain full range of motion and develop increased flexibility. Making use of this session will increase your performance and help keep you injury free.
