ALL levels welcome. We'll take the time to talk about CrossFit and answer any questions you might have. We'll go over some basic movements and then get you right into a CrossFit workout. How to Join:
There are two options for joining CrossFit H2O after you take our invigorating free Saturday First Timers’ Class. You choose whichever of the following two paths is most comfortable for you.
The first option is to complete three one-on-one sessions with a coach so that you can learn the foundational movements of CrossFit. Your investment is $75/session (total of $225) plus one pre-paid month of membership (either 3x/week for $200 or Unlimited for $225).
The second option is to commit to 2 months of fitness with us. Fitness is "a long journey towards a distant horizon" so a patient and committed attitude are essential. Your investment is $399. You also have the option of pre-paying for 6 months and saving $100.
What is CrossFit?

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

CROSSFIT H2O CLASSES
CrossFit Classes – Daily WOD and strength / skill work
Open Gym – Currently open to all athletes. This is time to get in extra technique work, row, work the heavy bag, etc.
Yoga is offered every Sunday at 11:00 and Monday at 7:30pm. These hour long classes are open to ALL CrossFit H2O members and it does not count as a class towards your monthly membership. It is important that all our members maintain full range of motion and develop increased flexibility. Making use of this session will increase your performance and help keep you injury free.
